Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Nature of our products
Our brownies and blondies are freshly baked, perishable food items. For reasons of food safety and hygiene, we are generally unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Order cancellations
- You may request a cancellation before your order is dispatched. If it has not yet been prepared or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
- To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Damaged, incorrect, or quality issues
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a genuine quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After review, we will offer a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay.
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing time.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Non-eligible cases
We may be unable to offer a refund or replacement where a complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery, where an incorrect address was provided, or where the product has been consumed in substantial part without a genuine quality concern.
