Order processing

All products from The House of Brownies & Blondies (a unit of Adhya Foods) are baked fresh to order. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond our control. Because our products are freshly baked, we ship using appropriate packaging to maintain quality in transit.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. Any free-delivery offers (for example, on orders above a stated value) will be applied automatically when eligible.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details (where available) will be shared with you over WhatsApp, SMS, or email using the contact details provided at checkout. You can also view your orders any time from the My Account page.

Delays & failed deliveries

If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us and we will assist you. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or repeated unsuccessful attempts, re-delivery may attract additional charges.
